These terms govern your use of the Union Travels website and the enquiry, appointment and booking channels operated by Union Travels Limited. By using our site you agree to these terms.

Nature of our services

Union Travels is a licensed travel and mobility consultancy. We facilitate air ticketing, visa applications, Hajj and Umrah arrangements, medical travel, tours and corporate travel. Final decisions about visas, admissions and travel eligibility rest with the relevant embassy, airline, hospital or authority — not with Union Travels.

Enquiries, quotations and bookings

• Enquiry submissions do not create a booking. A consultant will confirm details before any service is arranged.
• Prices quoted are indicative and may change based on airline fares, embassy fees, hotel availability and government charges.
• A booking becomes confirmed only after full payment (or the agreed deposit) is received and written confirmation is issued.
• Passport, photograph and supporting documents must be accurate. Union Travels is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Payments, refunds and cancellations

Cancellation and refund rules follow the terms of the underlying airline, hotel, embassy or partner. Government fees, visa fees and non-refundable supplier charges cannot be recovered once paid. Applicable service charges may be retained. Specific cancellation terms will be shared with your written booking confirmation.

Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any required health documentation. We strongly recommend appropriate travel and medical insurance, especially for Hajj, Umrah, medical travel and long-haul journeys.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Union Travels' liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in question. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dhaka.
