Union Travels facilitates travel-related services. We do not guarantee visa approvals, medical outcomes, jobs or admissions. Those decisions rest with the relevant embassy, employer, hospital or authority.
No visa or admission guarantees
We assist with documentation, appointment scheduling and application submission. Approval, refusal, interview requirements and processing time are set entirely by the issuing embassy or consulate. Application fees paid to embassies are non-refundable.
No job or recruitment guarantees
Where we provide information about worker mobility, our role is limited to travel facilitation and permitted documentation support. Union Travels does not guarantee employment, salary, visa category or specific overseas placement.
Medical travel
We help arrange logistics for patients seeking treatment abroad — appointments, transfers, accommodation and support. Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment plans and clinical outcomes are the exclusive responsibility of the treating hospital and clinicians.
Package prices, dates and availability
Prices, hotel details, distances, flight times and package inclusions shown on this website are indicative. Final costs and availability are confirmed in writing when your consultant issues a formal quotation. Government fees, taxes and airline fuel surcharges may change without notice.
Licences and accreditations
Union Travels operates under travel-industry licences and accreditations. Specific licence numbers, issuing authorities and validity are provided on request or in your booking documents so they can be verified against current data. Please treat any published licence references as summary information pending direct verification.
Testimonials, photography and partner logos
Customer stories are published with consent. Where images or names have not yet been provided, we display a neutral placeholder in place of a specific person. Partner and airline logos are shown only where a working relationship exists or where the mark identifies a service used on your behalf.
Fraud awareness
- Union Travels never asks you to pay to a personal bank account or mobile wallet. Payments should be made only to accounts named in your written booking confirmation.
- Our official channels are the phone and WhatsApp numbers on this site and our official social pages. Verify any unusual message with a call to the office.
- Beware anyone offering guaranteed visas, guaranteed jobs abroad or heavily discounted Hajj/Umrah packages — these are red flags across the industry.
- Keep original passports and documents with you until a licensed consultant needs them for a specific step, and always take a receipt.
